I just don’t call other inspectors…

You guys are great. I’ve long been convinced. That’s why you just inspected a third house for me in just 7 years. In short, I just don’t call other inspectors.

 

The present realtor didn’t know your company previously, but really likes your work. We – buyers – don’t just get some cold list of facts – in a couple days. First, we get an overview of what’s right and what’s wrong, an indication of the potential impact of what’s wrong, and some sense as to whether all of the wrongs add up to real problems or not. Then, we get the thorough, written, report later that day. That document refreshes our memories and shows us some things that we would have overlook without you.
